Living in
Uccle is
for the
lucky few!
Only 8 minutes from Brussels, in the Manoir Pirenne park on Floridalaan, the most wanted location in Uccle, you will find Héritage, deeply rooted in history and nature.
An homage
to heritage
Héritage in Uccle builds upon a rich history dating back to the early 20th century when architect Adolphe Pirenne left his mark on the architecture in Knokke and Brussels. Commissioned by Octave Hock-Pugh, he created a Manor house in a beautifully landscaped park, in the typical Manor style. Today, this park remains an iconic location and a landmark in the Brussels region. The historic building has been meticulously renovated and modernized, preserving its original character and Adolphe Pirenne's unique vision.
Nature
at its best
The heritage value is not only visible in the architecture but also in the surrounding nature. The park, landscaped with alternating lawns, has been preserved over the years. Until today it’s dotted with trees of significant value: red beeches, weeping beeches, silver lindens, and an American tulip tree.
